RETURNS POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of the personal care and bulk items, all sales are final, no exceptions.

​The beauty of shopping in bulk is that you can buy smaller portions before committing to a larger amount of product you aren't sure will meet your needs. If you are concerned about a product 'not working for you' I strongly suggest buying only a small amount to start with so you can be assured that you are happy before purchasing a larger amount.

However, if there are any issues with your order please email me as soon as possible and if possible attach a picture. I will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.​

Refunds will be available on unopened goods and will be processed upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of refilld.com.au.
